Something beautiful...

 

Morning folks,

I have a few posts this morning and not sure which one will appear first...pot luck I guess!

So here I am sharing my DT card for  Dragonfly Dreams Challenge Blog, the theme this month is a colour challenge and a pretty colour combo it is.

For my card I stamped the beautiful thistle using archival ink, and using my zip watercolor brush pens I dabbled the watercolour ink randomly over the image.  I stamped the sentiment and some splodges and finished off with some sequins, gems and dots.

I love this stamp!!

Celebrate...

 

Howdy folks,

It's time for a new challenge over on the Stamping Sensations Challenge Blog.

The theme this month is anything goes with the option of CAS...remember the main focus should be stamped.

Up for grabs is 2 prizes from Craft Stash,  Poppy stamps and coordinating paper pad and Woodware stamp.

For my card I stamped the flowers and embossed in lost shadow embossing powder then subtly coloured with grey and navy watercolours.  I added some splashes and enamel dots to finish.

Thinking of You...

Morning folks,

It's time for another challenge over on the Less is More Challenge Blog.

This fortnight's theme is a colour combo.

For my card I used my zig watercolour brush pens to make the backgound, once dry I spritzed with some water to lift some of the colour and then I stamped the silhouette flowers.  I finished with the sentiment which was made using the same format as the main image.

It's time for the mid month reminder over on the Stamping Sensations Challenge blog.

The theme is wings and tails, remembered the main focus has to be something stamped.

For my card I stamped the image with memento ink and coloured with copics, I added some splashes and sequins to finish.

Happy Birthday...

 

Good morning folks,

I have a couple of posts to share this morning, this is the first and is my DT card for Less is More.  That's right I have joined a new Design Team and was delighted when Kylie asked if I would like to join the team.  I have known for some time but they have been on a well deserved break which is why I haven't shared my news...I have had other things on my mind as I had a bereavement to deal with which was very sad and unexpected, but colouring is a bit of a distraction too so here we are.

The theme for this fortnight is a one layer card with anything goes.

For my card I stamped one of my favourite stamps with memento ink, and coloured the image with copics.  I also stamped some splashes and the sentiment.  I was temped to add some sequins but managed to keep to the one layer.
