Happy Birthday...

morning folks,

Today over on the Sweet Stampin Challenge Blog we are celebrating our birthday so why don't you share your birthday makes with us...remember to include some stamping.

For my card I have stamped and white embossed the cupcake, I then coloured with watercolours.  The sentiment is from the same set which I die cut and layered onto the card. I added some random watercoloured splashes and some black spots and finished with a few sequins.

Pop over and check out what my teamies have come up with.

Snowflake Wishes...

Hi everyone,

Today I am sharing my DT card for Stamping Sensations.  It's our mid month post and still on the Christmas theme.

The prize this month is the fab stamp sets donated by one of our regular entrants.

For my card I inked up the background with distress ink, I spritzed some water to lift some of the ink and once dry I then stamped and embossed the snowflakes in silver, white and navy.  I die cut an extra couple of snowflakes and layered on top of the card.  I stamped the sentiment in navy too and finished with a few sequins.

Pop over to the Stamping Sensations blog to check out what my teamies have come up with.

Let it Snow...again!

morning folks,

I thought I would share another card I made using this fab stamp set from Simon Says Stamp...I treated myself and ordered a few things but this set is just so amazing, I love it so much....be prepared there may be more cards to follow.

First of all I inked up the background with distress inks, I did some blending, I wanted to get a dark sky look.  I then spray some water to lift some of the colour. I then stamped the Snow stamp with versamark ink and embossed in silver, then I stamped the next layer in dark blue and then the final layer in black.  I wasnt sure if the black ink would stick to the embossed areas but it seems ok.  I added some splashes of white paint and some sequins to finish.

Thanks...

Good morning folks!

It's time for the next challenge over on the Sweet Stampin challenge blog, the challenge this fortnight is "thanks".

You can make anything you like as long as there is stamping on the card then that's fine.

I was having a rummage through my stamps trying to decide what to use and I found this Winnie & Walter leaf stamp set....it's a fab little set.

I stamped the stamps, masking some of them to layer them a bit, I coloured them with my zig clean color brush pens (love them), I added some splashes all over.  I die cut the thanks and layered onto the card, finished with some dots and sequins.

Pop over and check out what my teamies have made!

Snuggle weather...

Morning folks,

It's time for the mid month post over on the Stamping Sensations blog, we are still sticking with the theme of "All things Autumn".

Our sponsor this month is Highlight Crafts who are giving away 2 prizes, Crown and Glory stamp set and Dainty Blue dies and coordinating Reflections.

For my card I stamped this little cutie with memento ink and coloured with copics, I tried some blending with colours that normally wouldnt blend and I am happy with how it turned out.

Pop over to the Stamping Sensations blog to check out what my teamies have made.
