Christmas in July...

Morning folks...I hope the weather is good wherever you are...it's a bit rubbish up here!

It's time for a new challenge over on the Sweet Stampin Challenge Blog.

The theme this fortnight is "Christmas in July".

I bought this stamp set last year but never got around to use it so making the effort to get my unused stuff used!

First I stenciled those little trees with various shades of green and blue...now this stencil was not part of the same set as the stamp but thought it matched perfectly.

I stamped up 3 different little trees, coloured them with copics and then die cut and layered them onto the card.  I stamped and white embossed the sentiment and layered that onto the card too.

I added some doodling around the edges too.

Anya

I made this for a couple of challenges today...since it is snowing outside..that gave me a little inspiration for this one. I made this for Anyone for Anya and Susie and Vikki's Christmas Club Challenge. I think this is my favourite Anya stamp..she's so cute!! I coloured her with my copics and added some glitter to give that wintery look, the backing papers are from Heidi Grace - Frost Boulevard.

Snowflake card

I thought I would try this challenge even though Christmas has past but it's never too early to make a start on this years cards. This challenge is for Susie & Vikki's Christmas Club challenge and I also managed to link it to the Fussy and Fancy Friday Challenge. I made the card using Heidi Grace snow paper(whih is beautiful...one of my favourites), I embossed a piece of white card in my sizzix machine(my favourite tool)then touched it up with the spray gun using copic markers, I added some glittered snowflakes which have cut from a cuttlebug die and finished it off with some gems...hope you like it!!

Miss Claus

This card was made using Miss claus from the sugar Nellie stamp range. I used My Mind's Eye Christmas papers, added some snowflakes, a message and of course ...some glitter.

Trifold Christmas Card

I made this card using the My Mind's eye colourful collection papers and embellishments. I have added 3 photos..what it looks like folded flat to go in envelope, standing up on display and opened flat out.

Bubble tree card

I made these cards using the clear bubble tree stamp from woodware...it's so cool. The cards are much the same but each with a little variation. I have filled in some of the bubbles with different sizes of brads and eyelets and gems then layered the image onto a card.

This was so quick and easy to make. I used paper from My Mind's Eye - colourful hristmas collection and stuk 3 chipboard trees from the the same set and finished it off with a message.

I made this card quickly using backing papers from Heidi Grace - Frost Boulevard collection, stamped and cut out the snowman and stuck him on the card with sticky fixers to give a 3d effect...added a couple of snowflakes and a message and also added some glitter.

I made this card again using baking papers from my Mind's eye - Colourful Christmas collection, stamped Miss Anya and coloured her with my Copic Markers and added a message from Craftwork Cards...and some jewels!!

I made this card with Heidi Grace backing papers - Frost Boulevard collection. I punched out some snowflakes in white card and then coloured them beige to tone in with the colours in the paper, attached them with black glitter brads, and I stamped Miss Anya and coloured her with my Copic Markers and added some snow and glitter...

I made this card using Heidi Grace papers on the top and on the bottom I ran a piece of blue card through the sizzix machine with the snowflake embossing folder, coloured it gently with brown chalk and stamped Miss anya and coloured her with copic markers....finished the card off with a message a snowflakes.
