Sweet Stampin' DT card...

Good morning Saturday bloggers...well 2 sleeps to go and back to work. Before that though we have another challenge over at Sweet Stampin'...use the colours of your Nations flag.

This week we are sponsored by Letraset...and our monthly sponsor is Joanna Sheen..

Now I swithered about going with just the blue and white as in the colours of the Saltire but thought I was a bit limited so I have gone for the colours of the Union jack...red, white and blue.

The papers have been in my stash forever and are from Making Memories. I layered each of the layers onto red cardstock and added some stitching. All the die cuts are from various MFT die-namics dies...which I love!! The stamp is No. 1 Fan from Sugar Nellie which I coloured with promarkers....hope you likey!!

Cards For Men - birthday
Cupcake Craft challenge - number cruncher
Paper Playtime - die cuts and red, white and blue
Crafts and Me - stitching
Passion for Promarkers - gingham and checks
Raise the Bar - red, white and blue

It's sketch time at Sweet Stampin'......

Good morning folks and this is my scheduled post....2 reasons...I am hopefully at my work as you are reading this post as it was my works Christmas night out last night and secondly...I might be a bit sleepy. I won't have a hangover cos I'm a good girl and I don't drink any bad stuff....aahemm!! Now then this weeks challenge over at Sweet Stampin' is a fabulous sketch.

Our sponsor this week is Simply Betty....who stock fabulous images both in digi form and rubber and our monthly sponsor is Whimsy Stamps who also have the most adorable stamps.

For my card this week I have used BG papers - Archaic collection...thought these were perfect for this image as they a dinosaury, although you can't see any dinosaurs on the pieces I have used...ha ha!! The image is from Simply Betty and coloured it with copics and this is just the perfect image...Michaels birthday is in a few weeks...he is growing his hair a bit(messy but the fashion) and he has his little pet dinosaur...Spike so this card will be put aside for Michael. The sentiment is from Hero Arts which I stamped and I needed to cut it out so it would fit in the space. I have entered the following challenges.

Fab 'n' Funky - digi
Cards for Men - Let's party/celebrations

Paper Sundaes DT card

Happy Halloween my Sundae bloggers and my scheduled post...no I'm not working but Michael had some friends staying last and I was a bit worried I wouldn't be able to get to the PC for my post. I was also a bit confused at what time I should post this, for those of you who don't live in the UK, British summertime has now ended and clocks went back an hour...it seems I guessed correctly though...phew!!The challenge this week over at Paper Sundaes is "For the Boys"....so you can make anything you like as long as it is suitable for a boy. Our fabulous sponsor this week is Simon Says Stamp who has a massive range of products online in the store. For my card I have used a combination of Kaisercraft and Scenic Route papers. The image I have used is Edwin from the Magnolia range which can be purchased from Simon Says Stamp....the lovely Debbie sent me this stamped image along with some other Tilda's...thank you Debbie!! I coloured Edwin with copics and gave him an extra bit of shading with waterpencils too. I cut the grass from the Kaisercraft papers...to make it look like Edwin is running through the grass trying to catch the dragonfly. I have entered the following challenges.

Stamps R Us - sketch

Cards for Men - masculine
