Want some cake...

Hello Saturday bloggers and another miserable day here in Sunny Scotland...lol!!  It feels like winter is back...maybe it never really went away though!!

So today I have this wee card for you...finished it off last night...now pinks isn't normally a colour I go for however that doesn't mean I don't like pink like some people (no names mentioned) so I thought it would be a wee change.

The papers have been my stash forever and are from Crate Paper Bliss Collection, the stamp is from LOTV which I coloured with copics, I added some stickles to the icing and the fairy wings although it's hard to see in the photo, the flower has been cut using my die-namics rolled daisy die (not my favourite die but thought it would be a change too), I also added a a ribbon bow fastened with a teeny button and charm...finished with some itsy bitsy pearls...can you see them??

supplies:
paper - Crate Paper Bliss
stamp - LOTV
pens - copics
ribbon - The ribbon Girl
charm - The Hobby House
pearls - The Hobby House
die - die-namics rolled daisy
button - stash
stickles - stash

challenges:
A Gem of a Challenge - things with wings
One Stop Craft Challenge - add some glitter
Crafty Catz - anything goes
Divas by Design - anything goes
Simon Says Stamp - things with wings
Deep ocean - sparkle (stickles)
Papertake Weekly - anything goes
The Ribbon Girl - add a button

This is beautiful Fi! Love the papers and your gorgeous doodling - why can't I do it like that?! And why on earth haven't I got this stamp, she's adorable!

Just spotted your comment over on the SN blog - I used one of the new release Memory Box dies to make that tiny bow... bit fiddly but oh so cute :o) Hugs, Lisa x

This is another awesome LOTV card. And because you layered in black, the colors are even more pretty. I love your idea to use black...and am going to be a copycat and try it on an upcoming card. Look at your doodles...just so cute and really outlines the layers. Oh wow, am I glad I happened by your blog today. You've given me great inspiration to try something different than my "usual". Hugs, Gail P.S. WONDERFUL CARD...DID I TELL YOU THAT ALREADY??
