Pots of Love

Hi everyone, hope you are all well?

Today I am sharing this little cutie card.  The stamp is called Pots of Love from LOTV which I coloured with Spectrum Noirs, I followed the video tutorial over on the Spectrum Noir blog which shows you how to add definition to a flat object, you can check it out here.

The papers are from LOTV which I layered onto black card and of course doodled.  I found some flowers in my stash which I thought matched perfectly and added a couple of extra flowers from the Ribbon Girl too, and then finished with some pearls.

One of a kind...

Hi all you Sunday bloggers and the first of 2 scheduled posts today. This is the first week of the brand spanking new Dream Valley Challenges and my DT card for them. I have made this card quite plain really but sometimes less is more as they say. I have used Basic Grey - Marjolaine papers, I embossed a couple of panels and layered the Sugar Nellie Bumble Bee image onto the card. I coloured the image with copics but just very lightly and then finished with some glitter and pearls. I have also entered the challenges below.

A quickie before bed....

Just a quickie before bed. I do like paper piecing and decided after seeing so many lovely paper pieced cards today.,..I needed to make one also. Now this wasn't the easiest of stamps to piece but I was not letting it beat me and it's only taken me 3 hours on and off... The papers a re MME Quite contrary but I used copics for the Hippi chicks skin and hair although I had to piece in her pig tails too and her hairband and flowers!! Oh and this is a ?Sugar Nellie stamp...so cute. I have entered the following challenges.

Gift It with Paper Sundaes

Welcome all my Sundae bloggers and once again my scheduled post!! As I am typing this I am not sure if I will be at work on sundae...that all depends on the weather so best to schedule it. The challenge this week over at Paper Sundaes is to make something you will be sending as a gift. I have made this little gift bag which I am going to send to my SIL this Christmas...of course with a gift inside. The papers I have used are from Echo Park - Wintertime....loving them just now. The image is from CC Designs which has been coloured with copics. I added glitter to give it a more shimmery look and of course a snowflake. Paper sundaes DT card

Hello all you sundae bloggers and once again my scheduled post. Today's challenge over at Paper Sundaes is "Adorn those Corners". What we want to see is those corners of your image adorn with gems, pearls, brads, eyelets...whatever you like as long as it's the corners of your image. For my card I have used Whiff of Joy - Wee and Tree and coloured with promarkers...I still don't have a huge range of promarkers yet but I think I had enough that matched this card. The papers are Bo Bunny - Winter Joy, I punched the snowflakes from Martha Stewart punches and the tiny tags are punched and stamped from Stampin' Up - tiny tag set....I added some jewels and stickles to finish off. Merry Christmas...

I have been quiet the past couple of days as I haven't been feeling well...still don't feel 100% but being a mother you just have to get on with it!! I have made this card using Bo Bunny Winter Joy papers, the snowflakes were punched with the Martha Stewart punches, the tags are from Stampin' Up tiny tags which I stamped and punched, the message was stamped but I masked off the full message as it was too big to fit and the image is from All That scraps and coloured with copics. To finish off I added glitter to the snowflakes and the trims on Darby's boots, jacket and hat.

My first Tilda....

I know I know ...stand back in amazement...my first Tilda!! As I am on a roll with Christmas cards and I do have little girly ones to make so I thought this one would be perfect for one of them. The lovely Angelique sent me some images(thank you Angelique) so I have put this one to use...btw I do have lots of Tildas from other lovely people...sorry just haven't got round to using them yet. I coloured Tilda with copics, and did a bit of shading. The papers are from October Afternoon but can't remember the name...but christmassy ones!! I added a snowflake and a couple of little dew drop thingys. I have entered this card in the following challenges:

Merry & Bright..

Well it's another crimbo card...I have loads to do but this not James!! This is Wee & a Christmas Tree from Whiff of Joy....I have admired this stamp for ages so now I have it!! I coloured the image with copics. The papers are from Scenic Route - Roxbury...think they are pretty too. I distressed the edges of the layers and added some stickles to the edges too. Finished with a message and a metal snowflake charm. I have entered the following challenges.

Happy Happy Birthday!!

Well it seems like the summer has gone away as it's been raining constantly since the kids went on holiday from school....anyway I'm still so chuffed cos I won some candy and I have my spotlight thing over at Digital Delights on Wednesday - yay! so onto this card - I have used the papers fom Stampin'Up Sweet Pea collection which are fab, I then stamped Anya and coloured her with copics, I used a glaze sakura pen on her sunnys, I added buttons, ribbon, I added glitter to the embossed circle and a birthday message with a diamonte and of course my fabby flowers - even though I say so myself...I just love them...I made them with the sizzix 3d flower die...don't you love them??

Twas the night before Christmas....

A quickie before bed..well I have another to post too so 2 quickies.. I am going to try to make some crimbo cards most weeks so I don't have a rush at Christmas time. The papers I have used on this card are fom MME which I really like. I'm not sue what make this stamp is...lost the packet but it's a set I bought at the Paper Mill...stretchy snowmen and stretchy hats...you can make them fat and jolly or tall an skinny...so this one is kind of in between. I bought this stamp last week so I thought as it was my day off work I would give it a go. I stamped Bella and coloured her with my copics and then layered the image onto the backing papers from Crate Paper....finishd with a message. This fits into a few challenges today.

I wanted to make something with wings but this was all I had...not sure where all my butterflies are..anyway the tinkerbell has been die cut and then layered ono matching paper...I attempted to put a face on her but it didn't quite turn out how I wanted it to..that's what happens when you rush!! I might stick to stamping!!

Made this card for the Fussy and Fancy Friday Challenge and the Paper Sundaes - Glittery Spring challenge. I used my Gorjuss girl cos she's gorjuss, cut out flowers from the My Mind's Eye Bloom & Grow collection...added glitter and jewels and of course a message to dazzle it all up!!
