Another one I have had ready to go...I made this card at my class on Wednesday...not sure if her dress matches the card tough!! The papers are from MME - Stella Rose collection. The stamp is of course Stardust from Sugar Nellie which I coloured with promarkers. The flowers have been cut with my MFT flowe die-namic die. I added pearls to the centres of the flowers with a pearl pen and the finished with some twine and a message.

Whatever the weather....

Good morning my fellow bloggers and my scheduled post. I am working today but I had to post this on Thursday using Michael's laptop cos my pc is broke....sshhh don't tell him!! I have deleted all evidence now so he won't know. I am hoping that my pc will be back in working order soon!! This week challenge over at Sweet Stampin is "weather related".

We have 2 sponsors this week....first off is Whimsie Doodles.

and Digi's with Attitude.

who are both offering a $10 gift certificate for their online store.

I have used a stamp from Little Claire's...thought this was just perfect....thanks Hazel for letting me borrow it! Pop over and see what the rest of the team have been up to.

Just a quickie tonight...

Well my pc is still broken....boo hoo but Michael is away camping so I am getting to use his laptop for the full night...woo hoo!!

I thought I would let you know...I won an award at work last week and got to choose vouchers for almost anywhere. So I have a couple of awards previously and got a digital camera and gave that to Michael and then I git an ipod and gave to Holly so this time I thought I would keep it for myself so guess what I bought.....I have tested it and it's sooooooo fab!! Yes...I bought a new sewing machine not a little dinky one but a big one. My current sewing machine has finally died, it was very temperamental, sometimes worked and sometimes didn't and just when you get to the end of the stitching it would chew up everything...anyway it lasted well as I got that one in 1982. My next card will have pretty stitching on it although my 2 DT cards for this weekend are already scheduled so you won't see it them but the very next one so watch this space.

Sweet Stampin' DT card

Good morning Sweet Stampers and another challenge over at Sweet Stampin'. First of all...it's been heavy snowing here again and still is...I can't believe it...it's a whiteout!! Although we complain about the snow, we have to think of all the unfortunate people in Japan....so for any of you with friends and family over ther I hope they are safe!! This weeks challenge is a card or project based on your favourite film/movie. I was kind of stumped with what to do but eventually I decided on the above ...can you guess what it is?? That's right it's Titanic. I did see a similar card on another blog a few months back but I can't find it now... Everything I have used is all bits and bobs I had in my stash so I am unsure what manufacturer any of the bits are from other than the card..it's Bazill.

Our sponsor this week is Fairy Dust Crafts and we also have our monthly sponsor Pollycraft!! Check out what the other DT members have made...awesome!!
