Colouring on kraft tutorial

Good morning everyone, I here with you today sharing my little tutorial for Spectrum Noir on how to colour on kraft using the blendable pencils.

First of all I stamped the image using white ink and then I embossed it using white detail embossing powder...I find this makes the colouring really easy.

Next start colouring the image using your favourite spectrum noir blendable pencils, for mine I have used yellows, oranges and reds...

Gradulally add more colour and build up the layering...

You don't have to be precise at this stage, just keep building up your colours...

The next is to blend the colours together using the blending solution, dip the end of the paper stump into the solution (don't over saturate it) and gradually blend each section, you can wipe away any excess colour sitting on the white detail with a dry cloth, leave the image to completely dry before adding it to your card.

Hey presto...the finished card, hope you likey!

pencils used:

flowers: 105, 026, 023, 025, 028, 019, 018, 088 and 014
leaves: 059, 046 and 044
